When you call or send a message, please have your release date (you can find
this information under Help, About Citation) and serial number (printed on
your invoice).
For a quick response, if you are having difficulties citing references in a paper,
use pkzip to pack your document, your datafile, and the CITATION.ERR file from
your citwin7 directory, and send the
zipped file attached in an email message.
