Textual database programs deal primarily with untagged segments of text. These programs allow you to search and retrieve text contained in documents (usually created with a word processing program). These types of programs permit you to tag some segments of text with keywords. They can be quite useful in organizing and indexing as reference documents materials used in law offices.
